Mild Steps uses a small amount of browser storage so the app can work reliably. At this stage, we keep this practical and limited: storage should support the service, not advertising or cross-site tracking.

Essential cookies and storage

Mild Steps may use cookies or similar browser storage for essential purposes, including:

• Login and session security.
• Basic app operation and installed-app behavior.
• Remembering preferences such as language or app settings.
• Keeping core account and security features working.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Mild Steps may use Cloudflare Web Analytics on public pages and login/sign-up pages to understand basic website traffic, performance, and reliability.

Analytics does not read private task, routine, idea, note, or planning content. We do not intentionally place third-party analytics inside the private logged-in workspace at this stage.

No advertising tracking

Mild Steps does not currently use advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, remarketing, or cross-site tracking. We also do not currently use heatmaps or session recording.

If this changes, this notice will be updated and consent will be requested where required before non-essential tracking scripts load.
